The officially licensed Nissan 240SX body sets the stage with authentic styling and durable clipless mounting. Hidden body mounts preserve the sleek lines while molded details like the grille, splitter, and spoiler add realism. Six-spoke tuner wheels paired with realistic brake discs and calipers enhance the scale look. For performance, the car is equipped with hard compound tires and includes optional soft compound drift tires, allowing drivers to switch between aggressive pavement slides and refined control on polished surfaces.

Advanced Electronics & Precision Control

At the heart of the 4-Tec Drift is the water-resistant XL-5™ Electronic Speed Control, offering three drive profiles for versatility. The Titan® 21-turn brushed drift motor provides reliable power with an internal cooling fan for extended runs. Control is refined through the TQi™ 2.4GHz radio system, which includes a wireless module for advanced tuning via the Traxxas Link™ app. The electronic handbrake adds precision to drift initiation, while the five-channel micro receiver ensures secure connectivity. Together, these electronics deliver smooth throttle response, consistent braking, and intuitive control for drifting mastery.

Chassis & Tuned Suspension

The low center of gravity chassis positions weight for optimal handling, while modular interlocking pieces improve rigidity and simplify maintenance. Suspension geometry is tuned specifically for drifting, with adjustable settings for camber, toe, ackerman, track width, and roll center. Oil-filled Ultra Shocks™ with extra-soft springs maximize weight transfer, ensuring smooth transitions during slides. The rear-wheel-drive layout, spiral-cut gears, and direct-drive spool provide quiet, efficient power delivery. Combined with over 60° steering angle and an optional high-angle 75° steering kit included, the chassis and suspension system make the 4-Tec Drift a precision instrument for controlled drifts.
