Please note, silk filament, in general, has weaker layer adhesion because of the additive that makes it shiny. It needs to be printed at higher temperature (around 220-230°C), slower speed and less part cooling. Increasing extrusion multiplier and infill/perimeters overlap also helps. However, even with these additional measures, silk filament is still better for aesthetic parts, instead of structural parts.

PLA, known as Polylactic Acid, is the most widely used plastic filament in 3D printing. PLA filament is a bioplastic due to the fact that it is produced from renewable natural resources such as tapioca and corn starch products. As a biodegradable material, so it is much better for the environment in contrast to petrochemical-based alternatives.
