To ensure that the front end retains its shape under aerodynamic loads and does not deform downwards at high speeds, reliable support is essential.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003eThis area is usually filled with foam. However, given the large gaps in the central section of the VORTEX, foam reaches its limits. It can give way, shift position and thus result in less consistent conditions at the front of the car.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003eEven before the official market launch of the bodywork, we therefore developed a suitable solution: the MXLR FlexFill Body Inserts for the AVALON VORTEX.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003eMade from TPU, these inserts are specifically tailored to the shape and angles of the VORTEX front end. This ensures they fit the bodywork perfectly and are compatible with both the MXLR FlexBumpers and most standard touring car front bumpers.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003eThey are easily fitted using thin double-sided adhesive tape (not included) directly to the inside of the bodywork.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003eThe complete set weighs just approx. 2.3 g. By way of comparison: the amount of foam required for the same area weighs around 1.9 g.
